Mr Tony Chia as its sole benefactor. The Fund is not registered under Singapore’s

Vision & Community Activity
Tony’s vision extends beyond conventional charitable approaches. Rather than addressing symptoms of disadvantage through isolated interventions, the CCF seeks to create systemic pathways through which less-advantaged communities can receive sustainable and genuine opportunities for socioeconomic advancement. As Mr Chia articulates: “I hope to see a more equal society in Singapore, and the less advantaged be extended help in meaningful ways.”
CCF represents more than a charitable initiative. It embodies a clear proposition that Singapore’s competitive advantage depends on cultivating the potential of all citizens, particularly those disadvantaged by circumstance rather than capacity. He also believes that every individual has the potential to help make Singapore a more
equal society.
